I am a recent graduate from the University of Washington where I  studied Human-Centered Design and Engineering (HCDE) in the College of Engineering at the Seattle Campus with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). 
I am looking for an opportunity to bring all of the knowledge and skill I gained through academic courses, projects & internships to a full-time role in Fall 2022.

UX Design: Assisting Novice Hikers Before & During the Hiking Process

HikeSmart is a Digital Smart Map that aims to provide novice hikers with a tool that assists them in the hiking process as well as helps accomplish environmental stewardship. 
The Smart Map will guide users through different stages of their hike (before, during, and after) whilst providing information about preserving and conserving the trails around them.
UX Research: Improving Mobility Accessibility at the Beach

Understand what problems those with mobility impairments face when navigating the beach.

Innovated, Ideated & Customized a unique safety device for cyclists using the UCD process, video prototyped & 3D Printing.

Spearheaded the user research and overlooked the collaboration between the HCDE and the Mechanical Engineering team. 
Designed, conducted, analyzed, and delivered 20+ user interviews with a combination of natural language data collection as well as an extensive touch testing study - a cognitive walkthrough of a tangible object. Collaborated with the ME team once again to deliver a relational tool for internal use to Adidas.
